Bachchan family will share screen space with Host Amitabh Bachchan for the grand finale of this season's Kaun Banega Crorepati to be held in the last week of December.
For the first time on a screen of any size, the entire Bachchan family " the Big B, Jaya, Abhishek, Aishwarya and Shweta Bachchan will be seen on the same stage.
A source said, "With this one master-stroke the channel is sure it would march well ahead of its competition Bigg Boss."
When contacted Ajit Thakur, CEO of Sony Entertainment confirmed the Bachchan family's expected appearance for the grand finale of KBC.
"Yes, we are in advanced negotiations to have the entire Bachchan family on the grand finale of KBC. But our aim is not to beat the Bigg Boss. We really don't wish to talk about that show."
