Aamir Khan gets into the skin of every character he plays, is well known. But doing it in Reema Kagti’s film will be a tough task for the actor. Aamir will sport a crew cut and will have to lose at least 11-12 kilos for the cop’s role he will enact.
A source close to Aamir says, “The actor has to lose around 250 pounds for Kagti’s film.” The additional weight-loss programme makes you wonder, as Aamir is far from being fat. Says the source, “Yes, Aamir was quite lean during the making of 3 Idiots. But he put on a few kilos very recently. The cop’s role in Kagti’s film requires him to be leaner than that.”
The process of losing weight has already begun. Adds the source, “Aamir has a dietician who has advised him since Ghajini days. As of now, the actor is eating a small meal every two hours.”
When contacted, Aamir confirmed the news and said, “I have already lost 4 kilos. I have to lose 6 more. I am watching my diet.”
