Britney Spears has been under the conservatorship of her dad, Jamie Spears, since her 2008 breakdown. Now after 2 years she’s apparently taking control of her life again and she wants her two kids Sean Preston and Jayden James with her on a full-time basis.
Britney Spears reportedly has told ex-husband, Kevin Federline, of her plans since he has the custody of their kids. She wants to get back full custody of Sean preston, now 5, and Jayden James, 4, and have them live with her and current boyfriend Jason Trawick.
But Kevin is also determined to keep custody of the kids. Oh, it’s not for the money, of course, that Brit has been paying him for taking care of them. He gets $15,000 a month, based on their custody agreement. In fact, according to Closer magazine, Kevin didn’t want Brits offer to continue giving him the money even if he gives back the kids, he’s apparently afraid that Britney is still too unstable.
If she’s like any ordinary mom, she’ll definitely want her children with her.
