Bollywood actor Abhay Deol has secretly gotten engaged with his beauty queen girlfriend Preeti Desai, former Miss Great Britain, whom he has been dating for quite some time.
Reports suggest Abhay and Preeti have exchanged rings at a hush, hush function, and are in no mood to make the engagement public. Buzz also has it that Preeti has been living in Abhay's Juhu flat for over a year.
“Preeti, who created history by becoming the first woman of colour to win the Miss Great Britain title in 2006, was recently in the news for shooting a steamy love scene for the film with her American- Indian co- star, Sendhil Ramamurthy, who is best known in India as one of the lead actors of the TV show, Heroes,” informed a source.
They met in 2009 during the success party of "Dev D" and hit it off instantly.
