The socialite began dating Waits, an events promoter, last summer and they were spotted shopping for rings together in February this year, prompting rumours of an imminent engagement.
Later, it was reported that the couple ended their relationship after going through a rough patch, but Waits says he is completely infatuated with the hotel heiress.
